As a registered dietitian, I enjoy testing nutrition products and sharing my opinions. Occasionally companies and brands will send me free samples and products or services free of charge. Whenever I review or refer to a product that was given to me, I will state that I received free samples. If there is no disclosure statement, you can assume I purchased the product with my own funds.
If a product review or sponsored post is completed at the request of a company/brand, my compensation of cash or product will not factor into my review. If I don’t like a product, I will not review it on the website. Occasionally, I will write sponsored posts, for which I am paid in cash or other compensation. If and when I do write a sponsored post or recipe, I make it clear with a disclosure statement at the beginning of the post/recipe. I may occasionally participate in recipe contests and will be eligible to win prizes. My participation in a recipe contest will also be disclosed.

If I link to a product or company or where to purchase the item, this link may be an affiliate one. That means that if you click on the link in my blog post and buy something, I’ll receive a small percentage for referring you. I’ll let you know when a linked blog post or page includes affiliate links.

Information presented on this site is intended as both a professional representation of the nutrition and communications I provide to companies through my business as well as a personal representation of my views on food and nutrition through my website.

COMPLIANCE WITH CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, I never collect or maintain information at our Site from those I actually know are under 13, other than my own child, and no part of my website is structured to attract anyone under 13. Although I do offer services to benefit infants and children, information will be directed toward the parent or legal guardian of the child.
